Project Consultants
Gareth Downes, Michael O’Brien, Leo Mahon & Mark Abramson
Gareth, Michael, Leo & Mark have overall responsibility for interpreting your requirements and
providing the solution you should proceed with. They will also remain in constant contact
with all members of the team during the construction stage to closely monitor all aspects
of the project, from the initial costing stages through to client handover and occupation.
Senior Project Manager
Phil Whitham & Leo Feig
Phil manages all preferred suppliers and contractors, updating project programmes, plans,
protocols, variations and timeframes. Deadlines, snagging works and arrangement of all
services and certification necessary for Certificate Of Final Inspection fall under his
remit. He is also responsible for Occupational Health & Safety issues.
Site Managers
Lloyd Finnemore / Alan Paterson / Andrew McDonald / Chris Prince
Lloyd, Alan, Andrew and Chris are site based for the duration of the project and are
responsible for the day to day supervision of the labour force. They are also responsible
for subcontractors, programming of works, deliveries, site cleanliness and health and safety
in the workplace.

Senior Interior Designer
David Kyle
BA (INT DES) Hons RMIT
David is our in house design specialist providing 3D design solutions, artwork and concept
designs. David becomes involved from the inception, right through to specifying final finishes
and options for a unique look for your working environment.
CAD Designer
Rebecca Kaczmarek
BA (INT DES) Hons RMIT
Rebecca is responsible for all computer aided design (CAD) and documentation, managing
construction drawings and detailing joinery. Rebecca is in constant liaison with our clients to
ensure their needs are met.
Planning Co-ordinator
Jason Goldberg
Jason works closely with Rebecca, the local authorities and our clients, ensuring all
building regulations and statutory requirements are met, allowing unhindered progress of
your project.
Financial Controller
Jonathan Loftes
Jonathan is responsible for contract documentation, liaising with the client, key CDB
personnel and sub contractors to ensure visibility at all stages of the project.
